About the Bluegrass Island Charitable Foundation, Inc.
Founded in 2022 to support and create educational experiences for students studying bluegrass, old time and Americana music and the advancement of these musical traditions through events and growth opportunities. We are a recognized 501(c)(3) organization and donations to our public charity are deductible under IRC Section 170. The Bluegrass Island Charitable Foundation is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
